Dont want to have to worry about changing a shaft on the trail, or geting AAA'ed home. I want to beat the piss out of the axle and not have to worry. I blew my stock ujoint & that took out my stock outter shaft. Just unlock the hub and drive off the trail and then home... LoL. no changing or AAA. But if you have the money... then just get chromo yukons or allOy USA. Your build looks $,$$$ to me & I was jes saying what I'd do. I like to keep some cash on hand in case something major breaks... ie engine/tranny.

i have a rock krusher cover in front and its getting more and more fuct up (same as solid) the ribs are ground down to the actual cover now. its gonna be a bitch getting those bolts out, but will take a beating no doubt.
and waggy 44's don't have lockouts, they have auto hubs or some shit, basically garbage.
I don't like having the thought of breaking something in the back of my mind. my original plan was to run 35's on a pair of 44's, just because i get silly on the trail. That and i got tired of changing $130 hubs every 2 months.

I understand mike that you want to build it bomb proof from the get go and no worry about breaking stuff but in that case just do it and dont ask for opinions cause your just ignoring most of the opinions we are giving minus a few. not trying to be a dick but if you ask for opinions thats what your gonna get.

Kyle, I want advice on how to build a stout, and strong axle.
I took sam's advice to buy the stuff from the same place to save on shipping and because its easier. And also took sams advice to buy the shit from tnt instead of TNT directly.
Advice from others. Run a dana 30 because it can handle 35 inch tires. Ok, well, If I wanted to run a d30, I would have titled this thread, Mikes Dana 30 build thread.
Other advice. Why do you need premium hubs? Because the waggy has autolocking hubs. Run stock shafts and carry spares. Defeats the purpose of building a strong axle. Why do you need a diff cover? Well, because its unbreakable.
Money isnt *too* much of an issure for me, so I really dont mind dropping money on parts.
Im not really ignoring their opinions. I want a stong axle, so those 3 opinions were of no help to me. I asked for advice, and opinions and I got good advice and used it. Dont hijack plz.
