yup it bubbled up. i have a picture of me and gina on my dash and her funeral card and 2 ribbons, i put a window sticky next to it thats shaped like a heart, not thinking anything of it, and it got too hot and when i took it off cause it was looking gross, the plastic on my dash was a bubble :-\

i would see if you can push the bubble to the side of the dash and out. just work it over to the edge and it might be able to escape/let the surface get back, well, closer, to its original shape. My vehicles are metal. so sorry, this is new to me, but just an idea. thats what i would try. good luck!
