ok so ive been out there monkey gorilling everything like adam said. everything is tight as can be except the track bar and an ever so slight play in it, like it was almost unoticeable. I put a wrench on it, put my back agianst the tire and pushed on it has hard as i could with my feet and got it to move probably a half turn.
Do you think it is possible from my jeep sitting for 2 months the tires got a flat spot and i would feel that in the steering wheel?

im gonna say its pretty dang unlikely (impossible) the radial tires flat spotted...my jeep has sat for a long time before, month plus, and never had anything like that...desertmetal sat all fall/winter and didnt have any tire issues...
even if it did flat spot and was a bias tire, youve driven it enough where it wouldnty be anymore.
did u have katie move the wheel yet? thats gonna be the clincher

sometimes the tires will flat spot especially if they are bias ply but usually takes like 15 miles of driving for them to be back to round

steering box play? that was the last thing tom did. he had new everything, absolutely new everything, and the steering box was the last thing on the list.
check the u-joints in the front end and check the hubs.

did you have a wobble since you lifted it? maybe your arms are out of adjustment and your front pinion angle isn't correct, that could cause a wobble

sounds like driveshaft or tire balance issue.
