I would love to tackle a project like this dude, its great, but its a lot of headache and an ass load of trial and error. we have broke it quite a few times, but i feel its for the better cause when we fix it, we make it better and stronger. and since this is on a college kid budget, we take everything we can get and fab most stuff. a lot of these are built extremely custom anyway, there arent many aftermarket parts for them besides basic lift kits and what not |

Just fyi, this build is the shit, most definately due to the complete chaos, but seriously the thing is flippin sweet, keep the updates coming

My dad tried showing me back when he worked for the town when i was like 7-8 years old. It was pretty cool actually i wrote my name in a block of metal but i never really learned the jist of it. |

Bryan, the other guy is building it welds from time to time for his shop but he is gettin better and better. if you look at it, you can see his first welds he did to the last ones haha its like night and day. this whole thing is a learning experience an its too much fun. update....bought some rear shocks for it and am thinking about gettin some driveshaft spacers. going to tidy the body up a little bit and start workin on the bed hopefully this weekk. i think we are going to make a wooden bed on hinges in case we have to work on anything underneath it. still thinkin about the design of it tho. i need to get more pics of the cage and bumper and such. |
