Recently my trac bar has been moving around when im turning. Do I need an adjustable one? Could their be something else wrong?

if its moving then your hole on the axle could be wobbled out, or ur joint is bad

tracbar bushing, upper trackbar joint, loose tb mount, wallowed out tb hole, loose tb bolt.
find where the play is first

The play appears to be at the axle end. Ill try tighting it tomorrow. What should I do if the hole os wallowed out?

drill a new whole since you have a stock trackbar and 3 inch lift anyways
and tighten the shit out of it

Drill a new hole in the trac bar or bracket? how far over should I drill the hole?

enough to where you arent overlapping the current hole and have a little meat inbetween the two

drill the hole more towards the drivers side to help center your axle
