I need 6 42 lbs ford injectors. The stock lightning uses them. Need them for my XJ.

I figure on 30lbs'ers at the least. If it leans a bit I can bump the fuel pressure. I just got an Apexi VAFC for $85 shipped!

Here is an ignition map for a Prelude I made. Same things apply to jeeps. If you map sensor reads 7.75" vacuum@ 3000 rpm that gives you timing of 25.25 degrees. Not if you use a 2 bar map sensor that compensate with less voltage to scale the injector and the map thinks you are at 14.55" vacuum@3000 rpm because of the decrease in voltage you will be at 32 degrees. See what I mean? Hard to see here without you owning the rom editor.

right, so if im understanding this correctly, timing will advance itself with more fuel, retard with less? ive didnt know it also changed timing and ive never really looked into it. the 4.0's ecu is pretty reliant on every sensor and doesnt like change.

The fuel doesn't change the timing. The MAP/TPS/Load does. So if the map read 10" vacuum at 3k then you are in the that part of the map with fuel correction of the O2 if you aren't in open loop. Open loop, you are in the map sector no matter what.
