So... and I wanna do a 6 point interior roll cage. I know pricing is gonna be different, but what material should I use or what would you use? I came up w/ some different options... D&C's 1.5" x .120" wall (HREW) tube D&C's 1.5" x .120" wall (DOM) tube Banditt's 1.75" X .095 wall tube (Durable) Banditt's 1.75" X .120 wall tube (Rock Solid) Banditt's 1.75" X .134 wall tube (Bombproof)

was coming into post "IN BEFORE MAIN HOOP SPAM" i was about 1 second late
i wouldnt hesitate to run D&Cs HREW setup first.
HREW/DOM doesnt matter in a rig like yours as long as its built correctly.

this is the most helpful forum for cage building ideas.
i know d&c is right around $500 not welded (just bent tube) and takes a month or 2 to get to you.
I like the pics of the d&c cage i have seen, nice and out of the way.
as for the banditt cage, never seen it, and he seems to have dissapeared from the internet

but im sure banditts price includes installation
i wouldnt hesitate to run the .120 hrew. i mean you have a full roof over your head anyway and from what ive seen it takes an intense roll to crush an unsupported xj roof to the point where it will KILL YOUUUU

Bandit's price is cheap. There is a ton of work that goes into a nicely fitting cage. A friend just got his car back from Miller racecars and it was around $3100.
