79 scout

for those in fairfield (corey, will, dean) and anyone else out there i know.

i finally picked up this scout. the axles are coming out tomarrow as well as the engine and t-case

DANA 44s are in the future finally. i long to be corey. seriously

if anyone is interested in anything off the scout let me know and we could work something out. its got a 304 and a dana 300 t-case.

dont bother with teh scout 44s there weak. there 44s yes but no where near as strong as a waggy 44 . i saw a scout 44 shaft next to my ford 44 shaft and its alot smaller*weaker* ull kill then esp if u think ur putting a v8 in there too ........ buy spares

no plans on the v8 goin into it but i have seen scout axles hold up with 6 bangers and big tires. im sure aftermarket shafts will eventually go in.

once i get the 300 out tomarrow i will assess my options. if the spud gear comes off easily i might use the case myself but ill let you know

something tell's me that brett is not gonna break a shaft...prolly cause he doesn't blast up shit and hit his rev. limter on every obstacle

All Dana 44s suck Thats all there is to it (Except Fords)
In fact pretty everything sucks except coil springs ;D
