What get long ass bolts and put nuts and washer on the other side? That could work but by the time i get ready to weld the sliders to the unibody i am also going to put in home made frame stiffeners and weld those up and then weld the sliders to that.

i think i might use hardware for the sliders so they are easily removable just in case  idk maybe thats over thinking things and should just weld em to the stiffeners. i don't care either way |

you shoulda called jcr and told em you had stiffeners so they'd make em that much shorter.
i'd just drill through with crush sleeves since drilling those stiffeners is a huge task in itself

I would weld in the stiffeners and then install the sliders and weld them to the stiffeners not use hardware. If you have to you can shorten the legs of the sliders a bit or cut off the mounting plates on the legs if they are the same thickness as the sliders and then weld the legs to the stiffeners. It would be like having really long mounts on the legs of the sliders.

i have more aussie lockers for my d 30 sitting in my room than you do. i got it 30 seconds ago from the ups man, can i get 48 more seconds to get the diff cover off! god!
