just be careful and dont break anything obviously. Its good to take a break like your doing and come back with fresh eyes. Maybe take some fine fine fine grit sandpaper to the pulley shaft and polish it up a bit  . Could also take a monkey wrench to the autism zone pulley thing. |

Take the whole pump and put it in the freezer and heat the pulley. Done.

Done. thats a flippin fantastic idea. actually, the pulley is that plastic crap.. i'll hit the metal part with a torch- i planned on dremeling out the inside of it as well- theres a lip thats both visible and i can feel it on the pulley from me pressing it in. and alex, i havent touched the jeep since ~2 this afternoon. been driving around my stepdad's new 96 XJ. i want a stocker now  monkey wrench is a good idea as well 2 ft of win COMMENCE |

well, the PS pulley is on.....
went on like cake after i dremel'd it out a bit and greased the shaft. i got crazy amounts of air in the PS pump though and milkshaked my fluid, so i went out and got more, primed then bled the system and its good to go. went and got new vacuum fittings and such (two trips) and attached all the vac lines. started her up, sounded great, ran smooth, but then my stepdad was like, "hey, whats all this water pouring out?" oh. thats not water.... well the fuel injector o-ring was nice and cracked in the first cylinder so i went and got four new o-rings for the price of $3.80 then came back and proceeded to take the rest of the fuel rail off to re-seat the injector. turns out all the other o-rings were nice and shot as well. went back to the store, and its closed. its 4pm. the sign says "SUN 11AM-5PM." lies.
another night in the driveway she sits.

IT'S ALIVE!picked up two more 4 packs of o-rings, total before tax came to $6.66. lol. i dropped the last effing one then spent 15 minutes trying to find it. it was hiding underneath my tires, in between the lugs. THEN i started to push the injectors into the rail when i notice a small piece of black rubber stuck to the sweat of my hand. FUCK. pull out all the injectors and find one with a busted o-ringl. go back to the store and thank every god/person/idol/center sipe they gave me a new 4 pack fo' free. put em all on and in, fire it up, good to fucking go. my PS pump is still leaking a small bit but i havent been able to bleed it right yet so im doing that now... turn on, turn side to side a few times, turn off, wait 10 mins, do it again, repeat.
