i got quoted 436 shipped for r+p front and rear 2 install kits and d30 case cuz he would sell me thick r+p for the rear so i can use my limited slip for now and then stick a locker for 3.73 and down later. seemed like a good price and was from DC

Update:
Today i picked up the new calipers, (stock for now) Currie Brake Hoses arrived, Armorcoated brake lines, New slightly longer wheel studs 04 tj w/ disc's and some miscelaneous crap.
New dust shields will be in on monday and the required adapter for the rear brake lines for the zj prop valve will be in tomorrow.
I will do an inventory of everything i needed next week. And begin to prep the axle.

OK UPDATE:
Scrapping the crown vic disc brake idea. The dealership ordered the wrong parts i needed for the backing plates and the backing plates i need are going to cost me over $170 each side pluas i still need to work out an e brake. The local bone yards are being difficult and wont sell the new backing plates i need w/o buying the whole axle.
SO far it has cost me more to buy what i needed to buy new and used and i still have to modify parts to work. I am returning everything i bought and buying the tera flex disc brake kit and saying done.
And i might be getting a second job working at a 4x4 customizing shop.

Ok well after weeks of pulling the typical JF 8 week bolt in d 44 I am finally getting some where.
I just ordered the Tera flex disc brake kit and u bolt style d 30 yoke, should be here by the end of the week.
I am also ordering the front d 30 4:56 gears and master install kit this week as well as the d 44 1350 u bolt style Yoke next week and possibly my sye nad tom woods shaft with a 1350 u joint on the axle end for added beef.
The last thing i will be needing are riddler diff covers.

why not 1350 at the t-case? whats the point of having a beefy chain with one weak link?

Take it from me, driveshaft brakage, and transfercase yoke breakage is just more work in the end. Do it right, do once.

I did not know that you can put 1350 u joints at the t case end.
As of now the front ds will stay stock 1310 u joints but with a u bolt style yoke. (i will upgrade to 1350 when i beef up my axle next year wiht shafts locker, and drive shaft etc. (cant afford all that now)
I mainly want the rear d shaft to have the 1350's, i was gonna do teh axle end of the shaft with the 1350 but how do i get an sye with 1350? Do i just ask when i order it and when tom woods makes my shaft have them make it 1350 instead of 1310?
Any healp is appreciated, youve got do it right the first time.

Brakes should be in tomorrow, and my friend offered to set teh gears for free, (more experience for him though i offered $$) and then its on its way to being installed.
All i need now for the d 44 is a diff cover and new u bolt style yoke. then its prep and install time.
