I would also like to add after reading through this that when I re-installed my new spyders I shimmed them with around .05 on each side so that the gears fit "tight" together and it seems that my front isn't as loose or open. I grabs both tires more than a stock front end. A few people can vouch for this. I read about people doing it to rears to help traction. What do you know it worked!

oh just an FYI, is that just plain ol' air hose under the hood?
if it is it might eventually blow off its fittings no matter how well you have it hose clamped. they get hot and expand a lot. this happened to my friend almost every trip (after a few months after install) he went with high temp line, i had brass going out of the engine compartment on my old jeep.
just food for thought....

I am gonna wrap my air lines in heat shielding to prevent pre mature drying and issues like that.
Do you have a link to where you got the pressure switch / cutoff i still need one for my setup so i can setup my tank.

I got it from napa. They had it in stock and have several to choose from with different ratings. I got the 90 - 125 psi one

yep, 3/16. And I will add that for taking lug nuts off it's perfect. With the die grinder it works ok when the truck is idling ~ 750. If I were to idle it up to 1200 or 1500 the pressure would stay at around 100-110 with the die grinder constantly going. More than enough reserve in bumper if you idle the engine up.

All i have to say is this is the best cheapest mod ever. If all you want it for is airing up tires it can be done for about $30 and will make you happy forever.
