where did you find that ? I am not a know it all , but I do know . a good friend if mine sold a truck to a guy in Southwick Mass . It didnt pass inspection . because he sold the truck for more than 1300 or 1500 dollars it was required to pass inspection . the new owner took him to court . my friend had to pay for all the needed repairs . Even though it said as is on the bill of sale . good luck with your deal .
