i bought this jeep a couple months ago with the intention of fixing it up and daily driving it. It's an 88 2 door 4.0, 5 speed. red in color with the super cool "cherokee chief" decals on the lower doors in black. 170k miles runs great good clutch NO ROT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! and very light surface rust on the floor (which is the main reason i jumped on it) what it needs to be road worthy: one front wheel hub bearing ( i have one comes with the jeep) steering wheel (trying to track one down right now) speedo cable and it has a power steering fluid leak somewhere inspectio nsticker and being a 20 year old used vehicle it has some imperfections. headliner is crappy, passenger side power window is slow drivers side door is saggy seems to have been hit in the rear passenger side at one point, sheet metal slightly tweaked, rear hatch is a little beat up (still opens/closes and has no holes, rear bumper is tweaked. im putting up this ad because i may have found a different daily driver and need to find a serious buyer before i make the transition seeing i am kinda short on cash at the moment. i'll try to get some pics up soon. located in Scituate RI pics!!!!

bump $600 without the tires in the pic (comes with stock steelies and usable tread, one tire is different and has a slow leak)
would make a great first wheeler!
