so i changed plans with my jeep, the boggers will soon be up for sale and im going to downsize to 35's so i dont have to swap axles.
what lockers would you reccomend?
ive been looking at these in particular to keep costs down.
aussie locker
lock-rite
powertrax no-slip
detroit ez-locker
are these alot weaker than say like the ox and arb lockers?
they will be going into a dana30 and a dana44 im pulling from the junkyard this weekend (i'll post pics!)
thanks guys

aussies have a good reputation and a lifetime warranty you cant really go wrong with em. as far as being weaker, you keep your stock carrier with all of the above which could be considered "weak", though ive never seen somebody break their carrier...
the manual shift lockers dont offer a whole lot more as far as strength, but they give you the option to lock which - if you dd your jeep in winter (especially snow) is a very good thing.

the manual shift lockers dont offer a whole lot more as far as strength, but they give you the option to lock which That is just plain incorrect. I will not even dignify that with reasons why.

and not to mention one of the strongest. Full case, full time traction, super strong. It has it all. I am not knocking lunchbox lockers at all, I used to have an Aussie and I loved it actually. But with a Detroit (Soft-Locker for example), you never have to worry about the locker not engaging or blowing itself apart and taking out your spider gears so you now can not get home. With a full case locker, its usually something else that will break before the locker.

the 28 spline shafts tore up the splines on the spool... 28 spline shafts > spool
