true, but just watching his tires they did not want to bite anything due to the center tread they have keeping the outer lugs on top of the rock. he was running about the same tire pressure as well and locked front/rear as well.
the only other reason i can think of that will hurt him in that situation is the fact that he had about 10" of lift= more weight transfer=less traction on the front end when climbing.

that can have a lot to do with it.
Just from personal wheeling experiences and watching other rigs it seems tsl's and iroks do the best. those tires do REAL good at Vanes and John Vane has a beat set of 38.5 tsl sx's that still work great. You would know more then I because you have the tire, but it seems like with a bogger the horizontal lugs are so stiff it has a harder time grabbing, but i have seen them cut and it looked like they grabbed a hell of a lot better.
your thoughts?

grooved boggers. i havent tried an obstacle yet that i could not complete. at 6-8 psi they just grab anything in their way and pull the truck up, i just want a little better crabwalking prevention which the grooving will be placed to benefit in that area.
im sure my jeep could do more than what i push it to do, but i pussy out on some obstacles.

Yes, as your stated before, your center of gravity is like nothing we have ever seen for your tire size, so as strange as it might sound, your COG is actually the invisible force aiding your jeep in getting up those stupid rediculous obstacles with relative ease.
You pussy out on some obstacles becuase you have to drive that jeep home, and if you break it, hope AAA loves you, because the driver wont. We all know our limits when we don't have a deisel in the parking lot with a trailer behind it with our name on the registration.
Grooved boggers. Doo eet.

Yeah that explorer was crap dude, it was so high the COG was prolly moving twords the back of the truck from leaning and shit giving him no traction also. However you wont find another tire like a Bogger dude, if you dont do Bogger go Irok those are retarded also. Nothing will touch those. The only thing I would do though is get a nice set of Claws and air down, they do sick shit.
