I've been home for a week, I need to pay off my credit card bill (not too much) and then I need to buy new tires (which are going to kill me) and then save money for next year so I don't have to have a job again while at school, so it's not like I have a full time job with expendable cash lying around, this thing probably won't be lifted any time soon, and I can't really add to the conversation of pucks vs coils because I don't know, there seems to be good argument on either side so we'll see

its different with 4 coils on a tj though is what he is saying and for linds i think that 3" spacers and new tires will suit her just fine

I ran coil spacers and a 3 inch body lift ( which is still in the TJ) with 35's. No problem. I might have 4 inch front coils around here somewhere if you are interested. My tires and wheels on the XJ might be for sale soon too. I'll keep you posted.

we can argue about it all day but the fact is that spacers will eventually sag your stock coils and you'll end up spending the money you should have spent up front in the first place. i promise.
bb=$250 ome coils = $280
get the coils, worry about the shocks when you can. the added sidewall flex with the 32's or 33's will make the ride more comfortable anyway.

ill be honest youre the only one ive heard of with any kind of coil sag issue with spacers genos front doesnt sag, coreys didnt, justins did, valentines didnt, im sure theres plenty of others in the club besides stock coils are a dime a dozen and even free in most cases so worst case scenario is we replace em once for nothin

how long did all of the above people run them for? ive seen them sag back to almost stock on 3 occasions, in fact ill take a picture of my clients next time im over there. other than being able to see the big red hockey pucks, you wouldnt know there was any lift on it at all. or, just go to any mall and look in tj's wheel wells, your guaranteed to see a stock looking tj with big 2" red hockey pucks over the springs.
