Ok so I have a Rustys Adj. Trac bar right now, and it seems as though thats gonna be the weakest link in my truck. So what I am going to do is get a beefy trac bar.. www.tellico4x4.com/product_info.php/cPath/91_3045/products_id/27377Do you think that will work? Its solid stock, and its bolt on, I just called them. I can get it for 182.00 shipped from those people... The TNT one is 229.00 without shipping, and the TNT one isnt Solid Stock... What do you all think?

Looks to be the same quality, size as Rusty's. If you want a trac bar that will blow your mind, get one from TnT Customs. They sent me a mount by accident last summer and the it was the best I've ever seen.

I mad a custom mount like kevin's offroad and am using a superlift track bar with a heim joint, so far so good. I have had the bar for over a year and a half, so no complaints yet, the track bar mount i juyst made and mounted last week.
ben thanks again for that stock mount man.
edit: actually i am looking at your tellico link there and my setup looks almost exactly like that, only the mount is a modified and reinforced stock mount. but my heim joint has misalignment spacers, that one doesnt look like it has any and thats not a good idea if it does not have them.

remember when you didn't want to go with rk longarms because they are loud as hell? well i hear the rock krawler trackbar is noisy as hell too due to a heim at both ends.
The only reason i went with tnt is because i have never heard a single bad thing about them and wanted to do it once and never have to touch the thing again.
even if the tnt isnt solid stock. you arent going to bend it. their mount has a lifetime warranty as well.

rock krawler trackbar is a good piece for the $ i have been running the exact same one on my xj for 1 1/2 years now. Also it has no heim joints it has a poly bushing at the axle side and a mis-alignment joint at the body side. The mount is pretty sturdy by it self but when you bolt in the misalignment joint it rock solid.
But the misalignment joint does make it a little noiser than others but mostly the noises you get when running rk stuff are caused by things that are already messed up like when i put the long arms and track bar on i has crazy sounds transfering into the body, turned out my wheel bearings were toast. Changed the bearings and it was fine but there is somewaht more noise/ vibes transfered to the body than with any kit that uses tie rod end and rubber bushings over misalignment and heim joints. But every thing is a bit more solid under the jeep with the tighter joints.
Also obviously the joints will wear a bit faster than rubber joints.
But the rk track bar joints will last just as long as one that uses a tie rod end and allow a much greater range of movement with out binding.

Am I going to break the RK one? Thats all im really asking... the answer is no but its is always possible that the mis alignment joint will wear out and they cost $30-35ish if i remember correctly, but its is possible for nearly and moving joint to wear out under extreme use like on our jeep. so i say get the RK btu iam a all RK guy too.

pretty much a slightly smaller version of a heim joint that isnt greasable. tehy are listed on the rockkrawler.com website for $30 each for replacements. They refer to them as Krawler rod ends.
