Ok, I am going to start my front bumper soon but need to trim my front fenders up even with the grill bezel. What do you guys that have done this use? I have access to. Jig saw, Sawzall, die grinder, or my plasma cutter which will own the remaining paint.
Discuss!
Thanks David
P.S. leaning towards the sawzall with a fine tooth blade and a lot of masking tape!

How straight did your cuts end up?

I'd say dremel because it is easier to make smoother arcs, or just chop them to shit and flame me for using a dremel tool.

Then use that tool that all can be sawz with.
Only problem with the sawzall that i have seen is that sometimes the teeth just grab onto the sheetmetal and nothing gets cut, it just vibrates the sheetmetal violently. I think your idea of a fine tooth blade would eliminate this problem.

Yeah I'm just cutting the front portion level with the blinker bezel.
P.S. you should move your vaccuum res into the engine compartment. It fits right next to the fuses behind the battery.
