Starting with:94 Toyota Pickup $500 - body is fucked up 93 Toyota Pickup $1300 - body is perfect, frame shot, taking what i need from it and parting out the rest (making money) What's been done:Nothing is done yet, working on swaping bodies Parts soon to be ordered:Lock right locker $225 Quick Release Hinges for Removeable doors $75 1" blocks + ubolts $70 Goals and the future of this rig:First goal is get the bastard fixed and registered, then do enough to be able to crawl over shit with it. Eventually:SAS with 4-5" lift Regear to 5.29 with Detroit lockers F+R Dual trasfercase w/rear driveline disconnect for front digs Roll cage in cab or exocage Steel tubing and sheetmetal flatbed, includes cutting back of frame off Stinger Front bumper with winch 37" tires probably BFG Krawlers Removeable Doors BTW the final crawl ratio will be in the area of 217:1 after the driveline is complete. This project is gonna take a while. I am beginning today with removing the cab and bed from my '94 yota which will be replaced with the cab and bed from an identical '93 yota (which i am still yet to buy, but it's lined up). Here's some pics of what i am starting with:

Aren't the BFG Krawlers like 900 bucks a tire? Probably for a competition set in which you can't even get unless you compete. The regular set runs 400 a tire for something in the 37 range. Difference from what I know is the comp set is made of even softer compound. Cool project. Less dreaming and more actions now

sweet, i secretly love yotas, two of my buddies have solid axle yota rigs and they are nuts, good luck with the body swap, they're tedious from my experience

I remember back when i was gonna go with 35-13.5 krawlers they were like 290 a piece on tirepackage.com. But the backorder wait on them was taking so long i said screw it and got my iroks. Proly worked out for the better, got a bigger tire for less money, and i don't think i would trade my iroks for anything except some creeps.

I'll get pics of my buddys rigs. If I didn't own a jeep I would have a Toyota.

My buddys Toyota's. He sold the blue 87 one about 8 months ago and now has the yellow one (79). Some guy had it on 40s with like 16" of lift. You could tip it over if you pushed on it. That pic has 36.5s on it. He redid the whole thing. Much lower, New axles, steering, gears, lockers

I was going through southbury the other day and I saw a huge yota. It was black and red flat bedded, solid axle on at least 36's.
