your also gonna need 20% to put down on the house. 300000K house = 60000K needed plus good credit. Sure putting 20% down is good but you don't need it. It will just help your rate. My plans are to save up the 20% before I move out anyways. Who the hell buys their first house at 300,000 dollar and at 21 years old or less anyways? I wish houses that we will be looking at are going to being that range. I'm a few years older but in the areas we want a home it is way more than that |
