Obviously has some big nuts. I still thing Survivor Man is better, but Im watching him on discovery right now, hes in the everglades. Sticking his hands in random ass catfish holes, walking in waist deep alligator laden water, being a badass. You can plan for a lot of things on TV, you can edit a lot of things out of a tv shoot. You can, however edit out getting eaten by an animal. This guy is the next Steve Irwin.

No doubt Les Stroud is the real deal. Bear is an entertainer. He entertains the hell out of me. Its TV, you kinda have to expect not all of it to be real. But Bear is by no means a pussy. He broke his back,recovered, and then climbed Mt Everest before the age of 24.
