Yea as you can tell mine is in a door way, so when open the kitchen is unaccessible if your taller than 2 ft. My parents have been saying wed remodel our backasswards kitchen for years but i have yet to see a hammer swing or a nail driven.

Its actually the exact opposite. My dad is a carpenter specializing in custom cabinetry and antique restorations and renovations. And the past year or so all hes been doing are kitchen renovations. And when my mom got laid off from Fidelity, she went to work with my dad. So when they get home the last thing they want to do is work more. But my house needs alot more than just a remodeled ktichen.
