I read a very good article on it in a Car and Driver magazine. It followed the MSRP team and how they will join a race, race for 10-20 laps and then simply stop.
What they figure is that if they run anymore they will be changing tires, changing parts, gassing up and putting wear on parts that costs money. Well, if they run the race on one set of tires, they change them once and they save alot of money, this way at the end of the day, they actually MAKE money by not spending any. sponsors pay them and they get to race. Who cares if they don;t win, they are fuckin making a lot of money doing so.
They are also filler cars, makes it seem like more people are racing.

If your looking for girls go to a concert. i go to dover every year and have a great time.. i watch the race for about 20 laps.. then walk around the vendors and then usually end up in the casino.. plenty of good looking girls... no good looking girls like the music i like. |

First off, I must say.....nascar sucks to watch! I am sorry...maybe it does take talent to DRIVE the cars, but how can you sit there and watch cars go in a big circle for 2 frigin hours??? I fall asleep after the first 7 minutes. . . . .and they ussually havn't even started to race yet. SCCA racing is bad ass, because they are highly modified REAL cars you would see on the street, and there are actual turns on the tracks. Nothing cooler than watching american iron go at it against european sports cars!
Second of all.......is that really a band? I couldn't get into that song at all. It just doesn't really flow....like the lyrics don't go with the music.
