give it two more days and we can have sis hockey on candlewood lake..its frozen enough to ice fish and drive quads on ..it can hold a hockey game....im in my aunt and uncle have a house very close to candlewood lake. they have a boat and stuff there too ive been up there a few times to tube and wakeboard. a couple summers ago we were jumping off a cliff and some little black kid drowned. |

he didnt even jump off the cliff. it was a big pontoon boat full of them and some decided to go swimming with life jackets on. next thing we know he had slipped out of his life jacket and was sinking to the bottom and his dad was yelling to get him. my uncle dove down like 25 ft ten times to see if he could find him somehow but never did. they found him the next morning.

yea that def sucks....but...i dont think he slipped out of his vest...he was yanked.....damn candlewood lake monster I blame that goddamn lakeweed. I pulled more of that shit out of my friend's jet boat impeller things. we actually had to swim the boat away from this one kids dock because the boat would suck in lakeweed and just wouldn't work. Pete was it chicken rock? that lake is like 200+ feet at some points there's a whole town under there.  |

yup chicken rock was the one. and wow that is deep. i know he hit the bottom tho when he dove down cuz he came up and his feet were all cut up from pushing up off the sharp rocks on the bottom
