depends on tranny. Justin has 31's, 4.0 and AW4 auto. He gets 20 mpg's on the highway since his axles are geared to 3.55's.
When I went from stock to 31's on my 5 speed, I saw a drastic change in MPG, probably to about 14 mpg highway ish. I also couldnt use 5th gear anymore. My axles were geared to 3.07s

On 31s I get about 20mpg. 5speed with 3.07s.

WTF. i get like 15-17 with my 31's in the summer. now im getting like 13-14 in the cold. would an MTR over a BFG AT really make that much difference?

what do they put in the gas that makes it suck so bad? I heard it was stuff that reduces emmisions so it doesnt get caught in the snow or whatever and pollute the environment more.

it's for the cold ass weather I get 10mpg with my 33's and 3.55's and old lucus filled auto tranny

A mud tire to an all terrain will also affect gas mileage.

winter gas blows! I am averaging about 15 mpg now using same gas station, same driving habbit, and same set up yet in summer, I average about 17-18 around town!
