finaly got my one-ton steering on. did it thismorning in my driveway raceing against the snow storm in the 16 degree weather

it was actually not that bad had it done in about 2 1/2 hours.

thanks goes out to pete for letting me boarrow his reamer.

If so how hard was it to reem the holes straight, I really need the upgrde buy I'm wary of reaming in place

The knuckles were real easy to drill and ream but the pitman arm was a bitch.

the trackbar is a modified tnt unit, and the bracket is a JKS over the axle bracket...
need to do that when u go over the knuckle with the steering...and its a crossover design anyway, whcih warranted the straight trackbar

i dont have any other real pics for now of it
