ive been tossing around many idea's, but whats the best way to take my XJ unibody and make it strong, i was debating making a subframe for it, or cutting out the floor pans along the entire unibody to expose the hollow center, and retro fitting some square tube to make a frame inside the unibody rails, tie it into the front and rear and also via rollcage to help? this idea seemeds good because i have to redo my pans anyways.
any suggestions?

so then wrap the frame rails with steel then you will have tons of places to weld all the mounts onto

pour molten steel into the unibody rails. Still will beef right up.

Wow this sounds kinda crazy. Why not just plate the frame? they sell unibody stiffeners for both the rails and forward and rearward sections for decent cost and much less work already preformed.
