those lights are HUGE. and 4" is enough lift for 35s on a TJ w/o doing a lot of trimming. I'd throw 31s on stock.

a buddy of mine in high school had a TJ with a 4" and 31's and it didnt look to bad at all, and I know he wheeled it too and said it was great. However, I would do 33's

thanks on the lights, they are VERY bright, and ya i agree i want to slap 35s on if i do a 4 inch lift just cuz it seems right to get as big a tire as possible. the only reason i ask is because if i somehow scrambled the money for a 4in kit i would never be able to afford brand new 33s or 35s so i would need to look into it for the future and have a dfinite buyer for my current 31s and a cheap deal on new tires. the time for this would be in the spring, no sooner because of money mostly. the only thing i was thinking other than lifting it would be adding a winch first which seemed like a good idea to me cuz i dont really have too many buddies to pull me outta the mud and its good insurance for me. if anyone is making trail runs id love to go and have someone to get me outta the mud! my friends just have stock cherokees so theyre not too extreme for getting you out of a tough situation.

why watch out for pro comps? a lot of people on here have been saying that. also just wondering but what goes on for trail runs around here? the forum says not so many in the winter but any details?

trails runs, just keep your eyes out for public runs but members runs are restricted to members only
