The thing about the 2.5 is even if the HG goes in it, If its repaired right, with timing chain/belt (whatever it is) and a nice little tune up that car will run at least another 150k.

I know it doesnt matter to you but I have driven both and there is a drastic difference. After my wife drove both she insisted on the standard.

looks good, but it does have high miles I would wait it out and find something with better miles and closer to home also make sure the dealership looks at any car you buy before you pay for it helps a lot to make sure the seller isnt hiding anything
