So i went to RC and anyone who was there knows i broke everything i looked at. So i decided i need to be a little bigger and stronger. The plan is d60 ft/rr BTF rear strech with xj2.5 lift springs, SOA, waggy springs to strech front 2.5, fuel cell, new cage.I have most of my parts right now but i'm puzzled as to how to rig my steering because i forsee the dragling being a problem with the SOA. any ideas?? also any suggestions for shocks, gear ratios, or anything else

stop hitting the brakes then In all honesty i wouldn't do a thing. You had your sway bars connected still last time wheeling. d60s or anything you have in your sig are not needed. I say remove swaybars, carry spare axleshafts and beef up your steering and continue wheeling. Look into a rear 44 or something.

you should get some lowsteer arms, brings the steering super low so the drag link can fit between the leafs

for steering your going to need some high steer arms. doing hydro assist? how are you going to make the steering geometry work with stretching the front?
people run stock xj springs in the rear with an extra main leaf for support and run 40" tires no prob, i think lift springs would be a bit much. plan on making an anti-wrap bar for the rear too. what are you going to do for brakes? leaving the drums on that 60? are you upgrading the MC?
silly question but how many time have you really been out wheeling?

i already bought high steer arms, i don;t have the money for hydro assist yet but i plan on doing redneck ram hydro assist when i have the money. my plan was to do the add a leaf to the stock xj springs. i know nothing about anti-wrap bars, for the moment i'm leavign the d60 stock brakes, and upgradign the rear to discs when funds allow. MC??? i go wheeling a lot around where i live, and i've been to RC 4 times.
And no i'm not just looking at the d30 u-joint i've broken a bunch of stuff since and bigger tires will cause more damage, i got d60's for $750 that are bolt into my YJ from a guy in my Unit, so it was cheaper to upgrade to d60's rather than beef up my stock axles
