i was going to. but i havnt yet. but if you build a 44 with good shafts its just as strong as a 1 ton.  |

so you are saying, if you build a dana30 right it can be as strong as a 1 ton?
the only way a 44 will be in the same ball park as a wonton 60 is if you run dana60 outers and 60 shafts, u joints and a 35 spline arb.
which is a project i would like to tackle sooner or later, but its not cheap by any means.
why no jk44 alex?
if i didnt have the bolt pattern issue i would rock one

isnt the jk 44 not a true 44? thin axle tubes or d30 inner c's and knuckles or both? a JK44 isnt a true 44. it has a beefier pinion and stronger u-joints than a normal 44. thin tubes? psh. truss and done kthx. |
